Onshore staffing places dedicated professionals at your own office or project site in Bangladesh, recruited and employed by HRBD so they start work without you opening a local entity or running local payroll. It complements HRBD’s offshore staffing for remote teams and sits within our human capital management services.

Fill hard-to-hire roles from HRBD's Bangladesh candidate pool. We source, screen and place professionals who work on site at your location, so gaps in engineering, operations, finance or support functions are covered by staff you direct day to day.

When your in-country HR team is small or not yet set up, HRBD supplies the onshore staff and carries their employment contract, payroll and statutory filings, so your managers focus on the work rather than HR administration.

Before you commit, HRBD sets out the full cost of an onshore placement against hiring directly or opening an entity, covering salary, statutory contributions, benefits and HRBD's service fee, so the decision is made on clear numbers.

For fixed-term projects and milestone-driven work, HRBD places staff on contracts matched to your project length and handles onboarding, attendance and offboarding, so headcount rises and falls with the project rather than sitting on your books.
HRBD is a Dhaka-based HR, payroll and Employer of Record company. For onshore staffing we recruit professionals in Bangladesh, employ them under HRBD contracts and place them at your premises, project site or client location, where they take instructions from your managers while HRBD handles pay, statutory compliance and HR records.
Where you already have a Bangladesh entity and want the staff on your own payroll, HRBD’s employer services and skilled manpower supply cover that route. For companies staffing a full function rather than individual roles, see HRBD’s staffing solution.
Each stage below is handled by HRBD in Bangladesh, from role brief to placement and ongoing HR administration. The same sequence is written out in the FAQ further down the page.
HRBD holds the employment contract and statutory obligations for every onshore placement, so accountability sits with a licensed Bangladesh employer rather than an informal arrangement.
You receive a shortlist with screening notes for each candidate and give feedback directly to your HRBD account manager, who adjusts the search until the profile fits.
You set the role, skills, reporting line, site and working hours in a written brief before sourcing starts, and HRBD confirms what is realistic in the Bangladesh market.
HRBD stays involved after placement with monthly payroll, attendance records and HR support, so the working relationship is maintained rather than ending at day one.
Answers on scope, process, legal employment and site placement for staff in Bangladesh.
Onshore staffing means a provider recruits and employs professionals who then work physically at your own office, plant or project site. With HRBD the staff are hired in Bangladesh, employed under HRBD contracts and placed at your location, where your managers direct their work while HRBD handles payroll, statutory compliance and HR records.
Onshore staff work at your premises in Bangladesh and are supervised in person; offshore staff work remotely from HRBD-arranged locations and report to you online. Both use the same HRBD employment structure. Choose onshore for roles needing physical presence, site access or in-person client contact, and offshore for remote-capable roles.
HRBD is the legal employer. The employment contract, statutory registrations, payroll and Bangladesh labour-law obligations sit with HRBD, while day-to-day supervision and work allocation stay with your business. If you prefer the staff on your own entity's payroll, HRBD can support that under its employer services instead.
No. Because HRBD employs the staff, a foreign company can place people at a Bangladesh site, for example a client office, factory or project location, without first registering a local entity. If you later incorporate, the staff can be transferred to your own payroll with a planned handover.
It depends on the role and how quickly you can interview and confirm site access. Administrative, operational and support roles typically move faster than specialist or senior positions. HRBD gives an expected sourcing window once the brief is agreed rather than promising a fixed number of days.
Onshore staff sign confidentiality terms in their HRBD employment contract, and HRBD applies any additional site, device or data-handling rules you specify. Your own site policies apply to them in the same way as to your direct employees, and HRBD records the agreed controls before placement.
Onshore staffing requires a physical workplace in Bangladesh that you control or have access to, and it is not the right fit for roles that could be done remotely at lower cost. It also depends on local candidate availability for the exact site, so highly specialised roles in remote locations may take longer to fill.
